Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every OR&R order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund if:

• we sent the wrong item;
• your order arrived damaged; or
• an independent laboratory's results for your batch do not match our published certificate of analysis (COA mismatch).

For guarantee claims, email support@oranr.com with your order number. For a COA-mismatch claim, include the third-party laboratory's results. For damage claims, a photo of the damaged item speeds things up. Guarantee refunds are issued to the original payment method and include any shipping charges you paid.

Other Returns (Unopened Products)

Because our products are research chemicals, returns are limited for safety and chain-of-custody reasons:

• Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact support@oranr.com for return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping for non-defect returns is the customer's responsibility.
• Opened products cannot be returned, except under the 30-day guarantee above.
• Products purchased for any prohibited use (see our Terms of Service) are not eligible for return.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Guarantee refunds are processed promptly on approval; refunds for returned unopened products are processed within 5 business days of the returned item arriving at our facility. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.

Order Issues

If your package is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, or you believe anything else went wrong with your order, contact us at support@oranr.com or 507-497-2466 with your order number and we will make it right.
