Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same business day when inventory is available. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $125. For orders under $125, shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. All products ship from within the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that receiving our research compounds at their address complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Packaging

Orders ship in discreet, protective packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Products are sealed and shelf-stable at ambient temperature — no refrigeration or cold chain is required.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is provided for every order.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. OR&R is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund under our Refund Policy.

Returns — Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every OR&R order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund if we sent the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, or an independent laboratory's results for your batch do not match our published certificate of analysis.

Unopened, factory-sealed products may also be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned except under the guarantee above. Full terms are in our Refund Policy. To start any return, email support@oranr.com with your order number for return authorization before sending anything back.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost in transit, contact us within 30 days at support@oranr.com or 507-497-2466 with your order number. Damaged orders are covered in full by our 30-day guarantee.
